We seat 50 to 400 guests. The food comes out of our kitchen, served by our staff. And we’re here through the whole thing, from the first phone call to the last dance. That’s just how we do it.
Two Rooms That Work for Any Occasion!
We have two banquet rooms here at Georgetown Centre, and between them we can handle just about anything you’re planning.
The Nottingham Room: Up to 200 Guests
This is our larger room, and it’s a beautiful space. The glass atrium is what people notice first, especially at night when everything lights up. It has a big dance floor, its own wet bar, and plenty of room for a Pittsburgh-style cookie table spread. If you’re planning a wedding reception or a large banquet and you want your guests to walk in and feel something, this is the room.
The Dorchester Room: 50 to 200 Guests
The Dorchester Room gets underestimated a lot, and we don’t know why. It’s elegant, it’s intimate, it has its own dance floor and wet bar, and it connects directly to our bridal suite and the front balcony. For showers, rehearsal dinners, smaller corporate events, and memorial luncheons, this room is perfect. People always say they wish they’d seen it sooner.
Combined: Up to 400 Guests
Open both rooms and you’ve got a single, seamless space for up to 400 people. We’ve done it for wedding receptions, corporate holiday parties, sports banquets, and class reunions. At that size you need a team that knows what they’re doing. Ours does.

Wedding Receptions
Weddings are a big part of what we do. We’ve helped a lot of couples plan their reception here, and we’ve gotten pretty good at making the whole process feel less stressful than people expect. Cookie table setup, bridal suite, dance floor, full catering. It’s all here.
Corporate Events and Dinners
We do a lot of corporate work throughout the year, from holiday parties to award dinners to lunch meetings. Several Pittsburgh-area companies book with us year after year because they know the food is going to be good and the service is going to be professional. We also do off-site catering if you need us to come to you.
Bridal and Baby Showers
Whoever is doing the planning for your shower, we want to make it easy on them. The room, the food, the setup, it’s all handled on our end. You just show up and enjoy the day.
Graduation Parties
Graduation season keeps us busy for good reason. We can handle groups of any size and our catering menu gives families a lot to work with. Spring dates go fast so the earlier you reach out the better.
Birthday and Milestone Celebrations
50th birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, sweet sixteens. We genuinely love hosting these. The Dorchester Room is especially good for milestone events because it feels personal and warm without being too big.
Funeral and Memorial Luncheons
We take this one seriously. When a family reaches out to us after losing someone, we want them to feel taken care of from that very first conversation. Getting these details right matters to us and it shows in how we handle every single one.

A lot of banquet halls give you the room and leave the catering to someone else. We don’t do it that way. Our kitchen handles everything, and we’re hands-on about the quality of every menu we put out.
On-Site Catering
When you book Georgetown, our kitchen comes with it. Dinner buffets, stations-style service, luncheon packages, private brunch, school and sports banquet menus. Everything is customizable, and our staff handles setup, service, and cleanup from start to finish.
Off-Site Catering: We Come to You
If you have a space and just need the food and the staff, we can do that too. We’ve catered office parties, private homes, fire halls, and outdoor events all over the South Hills. Same food, same team, just at your location.

Questions We Hear All the Time
How many guests can you accommodate?
We seat 50 to 400 guests. The Nottingham Room holds up to 200, the Dorchester Room handles 50 to 200, and both rooms combined take you up to 400.
Where exactly are you located?
We’re in Pleasant Hills, right off Route 51. We’re easy to get to from Bethel Park, Baldwin, Jefferson Hills, Brentwood, Whitehall, Castle Shannon, and really anywhere in the South Hills.
Do you handle the catering or do we bring someone in?
We handle it. Catering is done in-house by our own kitchen and staff. You don’t need to coordinate with a separate vendor.
Do both rooms have a dance floor?
Yes, each room has its own dedicated dance floor. When the rooms are combined, you have access to both.
Is there a bridal suite?
There is. The bridal suite is accessible through the Dorchester Room and has a private bathroom and a seating area.
What kinds of events do you host?
Wedding receptions, corporate dinners and holiday parties, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, birthday and milestone celebrations, retirement parties, class reunions, sports banquets, and funeral and memorial luncheons.
